Does Wingman come with a warranty?
Yep! All Scooch products, including Wingman, come with a one year warranty. If anything goes wrong due to manufacturing, we have your back. Reach out at Scooch.com and we will get you taken care of.
What is the Clickstand and how do I use it?
Press the center of the Clickstand to pop it out. Use it as a secure grip, a two way kickstand in portrait or landscape, or slide it into most horizontal air vents to mount in the car. Press again to snap it flat for easy pocketing.
Does Wingman support wireless charging or MagSafe?
Many Wingman models support wireless charging with our Quick Release Clickstand system. Remove the Clickstand and place your phone on the charger. MagSafe accessories may attach with lighter hold, but charging can still work on many chargers when the Clickstand is removed.
Which models are not compatible with Quick Release or wireless charging?
The following models are not compatible: iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, Galaxy S25, Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22.
How does Wingman work in the car?
Slide the Clickstand into most horizontal air vents to mount. For a stronger, adjustable setup, pair Wingman with our magnetic car mount, Wingmount, which locks onto the Scooch SteelBadge on the case.
How protective is Wingman?
Wingman is built for real life, with up to 10 foot drop protection, raised camera and screen edges, and a tough shell. iPhone 14 and newer may qualify for our $100 Protection Guarantee with registration. Terms apply.
What if my Clickstand feels stiff or will not click back down?
Try a firm press in the center and guide the edges in. It loosens a bit with use. If it still gives you trouble, see our quick fix video at scooch.com/fix. If your model has a removable Clickstand, you can order a replacement. If your model is not removable and you are within the 1 year warranty, we will help with a warranty replacement.
Is Wingman compatible with my phone?
Wingman is available for most popular iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. Choose your phone from the dropdown when ordering. If it is not listed, we may be working on it.
Will I get tracking updates once my order ships?
