Returns and Exchanges

Any physical product purchased on scooch.com can be returned for a refund or exchanged for any reason, no questions asked. Just start your return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Opened and used items are accepted, including wipes.
  • No restocking fee.
  • No original packaging or tags required. If you still have the original packaging, you're welcome to include it.
  • We send you a free prepaid return shipping label.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Contact us or email support@scooch.com with the subject Scooch Return or Scooch Exchange. Include your order number, whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, the item you're sending back and, for an exchange, the item you'd like instead.
  2. We'll send you a free prepaid return label. Attach it to your package and drop it off with the carrier within 7 days of the label being issued.
  3. For an exchange, you can reply to our support email once your package is dropped off. Once the return label shows carrier movement, we'll send your exchange item.
  4. For a refund, we'll refund your item to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, email support@scooch.com.

The return label is free. Shipping and handling fees charged on your original order are not refunded.

Purchases from other sellers

Returns, refunds and exchanges for purchases made anywhere other than scooch.com, including Amazon, TikTok and other retailers, are handled by the original seller. This does not affect warranty coverage for eligible Scooch cases and accessories bought from authorized retailers.

Warranty

Eligible Scooch cases and accessories are also covered by our warranty, which is separate from this return policy. Shoe, car and tech wipes are not covered by a one-year or extended warranty. They are covered by this 30-day return and exchange policy.
