Returns for Refund
Items purchased from Scooch.com can be returned for a refund if the return is started within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To start a return, contact us here with your original Scooch.com order number. Purchases made outside of Scooch.com must be handled through the original seller, such as Amazon.
- Package your item in its original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Please include the packing slip with your order number.
- If Scooch sends you a prepaid return label, print the label, attach it to your package, and drop the package off with the carrier within 7 days of the label being issued. After 7 days, we may not be able to complete the return or issue your refund.
- Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we'll issue your refund. Shipping and handling fees from your original purchase will not be refunded. A variable restocking fee may apply depending on the contents of the order and the condition of the returned item, including if original packaging is not included, the product is scratched or damaged, or contents are missing.

Exchanges
Items purchased from Scooch.com can be exchanged if the exchange is started within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To start an exchange, contact us here with your original Scooch.com order number and the item you need instead. Purchases made outside of Scooch.com must be handled through the original seller, such as Amazon.
- Package your item in its original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Please include the packing slip with your order number.
- If Scooch sends you a prepaid return label, print the label, attach it to your package, and drop the package off with the carrier within 7 days of the label being issued. After 7 days, we may not be able to complete the exchange or send your replacement.
- You can reply to our support email once the package has been dropped off so we can keep an eye on it. Once the return label shows movement, we'll continue the exchange and send your replacement. A variable restocking fee may apply depending on the contents of the order and the condition of the returned item, including if original packaging is not included, the product is scratched or damaged, or contents are missing.
