Returns for Refund:
Need to make a return? We understand. All Scooch products have a 30-day money-back guarantee! Returns can only be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we'll issue your refund!
Note: Custom-designed phone cases are subject to a minimum $7 USD restocking fee.
- Package your case up in its original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Must have original packaging. Please include the packing slip with your order number.
- Send us a message using the form on our contact page. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will send back a USPS return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package. Take the package to the post office or leave it in a USPS drop box.
