Returns for Refund:
Need to make a return? We understand. All Scooch products have a 30-day money-back guarantee! Returns can only be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we'll issue your refund!
- Package your case up in its original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Must have original packaging. Please include the packing slip with your order number.
- To start a return, contact us here and we'll get you taken care of.
- We will send you a return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package. Drop off the package to the carrier.
